Src and Bcr/Abl inhibitor

 

Functions

Inhibits Src, Bcr/Abl and Lyn tyrosine kinases  (IC50= 0.55, 3.0 and 8.5 nM respectively).  Suppresses invasion and induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and non-small cell lung cancer cells.

 

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 200 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20° for up to 2 months.
