Applications

Protein tyrosine phosphatase inhibitor

 

Functions

Inhibits a broad range of protein tyrosine phosphatases (PTPs). Binds covalently to the active site of the enzyme.  Blocks SHP1-mediated dephosphorylation of TRPV1 in dorsal root ganglion neurons aggravating CFA-induced inflammatory pain.

 

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 25 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 1 week.
