Potent allosteric ATP-citrate lyase inhibitor

 

Functions

Potent (IC50 = 2.1 nM ADP-Glo assay; 4.8 nM Oxaloacetate coupled enzyme assay) allosteric inhibitor of ATP-citrate lyase. NDI-091143 suppressed growth and clonogenic ability in thyroid cancer cell lines FTC-133 and 8505C. It also synergistically potentiated the cytotoxicity of sorafenib.

 

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 50 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
