Applications

Nox inhibitor

 

Functions

NAD(P)H oxidase (Nox) inhibitor.  Abolishes PDGF-mediated Nox activation and ROS production (100% at 10  μM). Inhibits PMA-induced oxidative burst in HL-60 cells (IC50=2 µM). Enhances TGF-ß-induced apoptosis in liver tumor cells.

 

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 10 mg/ml) or in DMF (up to 25 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
