JAK1 inhibitor
Functions
Potent and selective JAK1 inhibitor (IC50s=10, 28, 810 and 116 nM for JAK1, JAK2, JAK3 and TYK2 respectively. Displays potent anti-inflammatory activity in various models. Effective as a monotherapy in patients with active rheumatoid arthritis. Reverses oncostatin M-mediated inhibition of rat stem Leydig cell differentiation.
Application Procedures
First dissolved in DMSO (15 mg/ml, warm), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 1 month.
