Inhibits ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolase L3 (UCH-L3).  IC50=0.6 µM, 125-fold selective over UCH-L1, IC50=75 µM.  Cell permeable.

 

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 25 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
