Functions

Fluorescent substrate for cytochrome P450. Excitation/emission =  408/455 nm. May be used for CYP1A2 and CYP2C19 in intact cells. Cell permeable.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 20 mg/ml with warming) or in Ethanol (up to 3 mg/ml with warming), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or ethanol may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
