Daptomycin (103060-53-3) is a cyclic anionic lipopeptide calcium-dependent antibiotic. Useful for the treatment of serious Gram-positive infections including antibiotic-resistant strains such as MRSA and VRE.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 100 mg/ml) or in Ethanol (up to 50 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or ethanol may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
