Specifically optimized for use following HAT (hypoxanthine, aminopterin, thymidine) selection, this chemically defined medium contains hypoxanthine and thymidine (HT), making it ideal for weaning hybridomas off aminopterin. By providing a ready-to-use formulation, it eliminates the need for time-consuming manual preparation, minimizing inconsistencies and enhancing reproducibility across experiments.

Designed with hybridoma expansion and monoclonal antibody (MAb) production in mind, this animal-derived component-free medium supports robust cell growth and high-yield antibody generation.
