DMEM high glucose cell culture medium

DMEM (Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium) is a widely used basal cell culture medium for the growth and maintenance of various mammalian cells, including fibroblasts, neurons, glial cells, HUVECs, smooth muscle cells, HeLa, 293, COS-7, and PC-12 cells. It contains four times the amino acids and vitamins of the original Eagle’s MEM.

This high-glucose DMEM formulation contains 4,500 mg/L glucose, L-glutamine, phenol red, and sodium bicarbonate, and is formulated without sodium pyruvate. It can be supplemented or modified to meet the specific requirements of different cell lines and cell culture applications.

Available in 500 mL and 1 L bottles, with a pH of 7.4 ± 0.2. Store at 2–8°C in the dark until use. Suitable for a wide range of mammalian cell culture and research applications.
