Functions

Arrests cell cycle at G2/M by interfering with mitotic spindle formation. Depolymerizes microtubules and blocks binding of tubulin to microtubule proteins. Induces apoptosis. Clinically useful cancer chemotherapeutic agent.

 

Application Procedures

First dissolved in Water (up to 80 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in distilled water may be stored at -20° for up to 3 months.
