Functions

Negative control for phospholipase C inhibitor U-73122. Elicits unexpected effects on rabbit parietal cells.  Cell permeable.

 

Application Procedures

First dissolved in chloroform or methylene chloride.  Slightly soluble in DMSO (up to 1 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Dried films prepared from chloroform solution are stable for at least 1 month at -20°. It is preferable to dissolve U-73343 immediately before use if at all possible. Use caution and retest potency if attempting.
