Functions

TTA-P2 is a potent (IC50 = 100 nM), specific, and reversible antagonist of T-type calcium channels with no activity at high voltage calcium channels. Highly potent in two animal models of pain in vivo.

 

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 10 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
