Functions

Potent and selective allosteric inhibitor of protein arginine methyltransferase 3 (PRMT3).  IC50 = 31 nM  and selective against 31 other methyltransferases. An extremely useful probe for investigating the role of PRMT3 in normal and pathophysiology. Cell permeable and active in vivo.

 

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 35 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
