Functions

SCH-202676 is a reversible inhibitor of both agonist and antagonist binding to G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs). IC50’s = 0.1-1.7 µM for nine GPCRs. Modification of GPCRs is accomplished via sulfhydryl modification.

 

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 10 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
