TRPM8 blocker
Functions
Potent and selective inhibitor of TRPM8 channels. PBMC inhibits both chemical and thermal activation of TRPM8. Reverses the menthol and cold-induced facilitation of the micturition reflex.Represents a new lead for analgesic drugs based on blocking TRPM8.
Application Procedures
First dissolved in DMSO (up to 30 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
