Selective inhibitor of the ubiquitin-specific protease USP7 ( IC50=4.2 μM).  Induces apoptosis in multiple myeloma cells and overcomes bortezomib resistance. Displays antiangiogenic activity in vivo.  Cell permeable

 

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 20 mg/ml) or in Ethanol (up to 40 mg/ml with warming), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20° for up to 3 months.
