Wnt pathway inhibitor

 

Functions

Promotes cardiac differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells.  Inhibits Wnt signaling in a manner that appears to be distinct from previously described Wnt inhibitors. Cell permeable and active in vivo.

 

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 40 mg/ml) or in Ethanol (up to 5 mg/ml with warming), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or ethanol may be stored at -20° for up to 3 months.
