Applications
JNK3 inhibitor
Functions
JNK3 inhibitor (Kd = 87, 360 and 390 nM for JNK3, JNK2 and JNK1, respectively). Displays anti-inflammatory and immunosuppresive activity. Inhibits LPS-induced proinflammatory cytokine and nitric oxide release in vitro. Attenuates collagen-induced arthritis severity and inhibits murine delayed-type hypersensitivity in vivo.
Application Procedures
First dissolved in DMSO (up to 15 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 1 month.
