PDGFRβ inhibitor
Functions
A potent and selective inhibitor of PDGFRβ, IC50=80 nM. Greater than 100-fold more selective compared to EGFR, erb-B2, p56, PKA and PKC. Cell permeable.
Application Procedures
First dissolved in DMSO (up to 1 mg/ml with warming) or in Water (up to 30 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or distilled water may be stored at -20° for up to 2 months.
