NGFR kinase inhibitor

 

Functions

Inhibits NGF-induced neurite growth in PC12 cells via selective inhibition of NGF receptor(pp140c-trk) autophosphorylation (IC50 = 10 µM).   No inhibition of EGF, or PDGF receptor phosphorylation at typical working concentrations.

 

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 25 mg/ml) or in Ethanol (up to 25 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or ethanol may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
