Description
Tribioscience in vivo Anti-Human CCL5/RANTES Monoclonal Antibody targets C-C motif chemokine 5 (CCL5, RANTES, TCP228, SCYA5, T cell-specific protein P228). Validated for ELISA and neutralization, it reliably detects and blocks CCL5 activity. CCL5 regulates immune cell recruitment, inflammation, and tissue microenvironment, and is involved in cancer (breast, ovarian, colorectal, melanoma), chronic inflammatory and autoimmune disorders, and neurological diseases such as Alzheimer’s and multiple sclerosis. This antibody is ideal for studying CCL5–CCR5 signaling, immune modulation, tumor progression, and neuroinflammatory mechanisms, and is suitable for in vitro functional assays and translational research.
