Description
Focused Lung Cancer Panel & FFPE-Direct DNA Library Kit for Illumina NGS is designed for targeted NGS analysis of approximately 3,100 NSCLC-associated mutations across eight genes: EGFR, KRAS, BRAF, NRAS, PIK3CA, PDGFRA, KIT, and ALK.
The streamlined workflow enables direct DNA library preparation from 5–15 µm FFPE tissue sections without separate DNA extraction or purification. The optimized two-pool primer design helps reduce primer-dimer formation and other amplification artifacts, supporting sensitive and specific targeted sequencing.
