Description: Trbio Anti-CD47 & PD-1 Bispecific Antibody targets CD47 and PD-1 to simultaneously block innate and adaptive immune checkpoint pathways, promoting macrophage-mediated phagocytosis and enhancing T-cell–mediated anti-tumor immunity. It is mainly used in preclinical cancer immunotherapy studies and murine tumor models to evaluate combined checkpoint blockade strategies.
