Description: Tribio EGFR & CD16a Bispecific Antibody is a modified antibody that simultaneously binds EGFR on tumor cells and CD16a on immune effector cells such as natural killer (NK) cells. It is designed to redirect and activate NK cells toward EGFR-expressing cancer cells, thereby enhancing antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and promoting tumor cell killing. This bispecific antibody is widely used in cancer immunotherapy research, particularly for studying NK cell-mediated immune responses, immune cell recruitment, and EGFR-positive solid tumors such as non-small cell lung cancer, colorectal cancer, and head and neck cancers.
