Functions

Inhibits endothelial cell proliferation and migration (IC50=5 µM) and angiogenesis. Promotes skeletal muscle rejuvenation via enhanced SIRT1 expression. Induces apoptosis in malignant mesothelioma cells.

 

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 25 mg/ml with warming), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 2 months.
