Functions

A structurally novel activator of SIRT1 (EC50=1 µM). Displays selectivity over SIRT2 and 3 (EC50=25 and 50 µM respectively).  Cell permeable.

 

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 5 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
