A potent, ATP-competitive, and isoform-selective PI3-Kinase inhibitor (IC50 = 0.07, 0.24, 1.45, and 1.70 µM for the ɣ, α, β, and δ isoforms respectively). Cell permeable.

 

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 25 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
