PD-1/PD-L1 Inhibitor 1 (1675201-83-8) inhibits (IC50 = <100nM) the formation of the PD-1/PD-L1 complex via binding to PD-L1 and inducing dimerization.

 

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to at least 25 mg/ml) or in Ethanol (up to 20 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or ethanol may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
