Functions

A potent inhibitor of multiple receptor tyrosine kinases including VEGFR, PDGFRβ and Kit (Ki = 2-17 nM). Also inhibits cFMS (IC50=7 nM) and FLT3. Potent inhibitor of angiogenesis. Clinically useful anticancer agent. Cell permeable.

 

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 13 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
