Functions

A potent, selective and reversible inhibitor of the AAA-ATPase p97 (ATPase associated with diverse cellular activities). Ki=3.2 µM. It blocks ubiquitin-dependent protein clearance pathways. Cell permeable.

 

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 25 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 2 months.
